I arrange a few of these 50 -100 person celebration events every year and without a doubt you guys were the best I've dealt with. Food was delicious, hot stuff was hot and cold stuff kept cold on the hottest week of the year. Remember that day was 103 degrees. You had the coolest set-up too. Canopies, tables, and every detail was ready on-time. Perfect! Many of our guests raved about how delicious the food was. I agree and next time I'll bring a bigger appetite."
